We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bronzebites.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

"All re-sellers waive their right to request any refunds. This policy only applies to customers that buy direct from Bronze Bites, directly at our Shopify store."
"In addition any orders of over 5 bottles will be a final sale, and will not be eligible for returns."
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Timeframe: We will refund you within 1-3 business days after we confirm your return. Most returns are processed within 24 hours.

Payment Method Refund: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We process refunds quickly. But, your bank or card provider may delay the funds' appearance in your account. Typically, it takes 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it is processed on our end.
