Bronze Bites 365-Day Glow Guarantee & Refund Policy

365-Day Confidence Guarantee
Take Bronze Bites consistently for up to a year. If at any point you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund the purchase price of your last 3 bottles.
90-Day Minimum (Consecutive Use)
To qualify, you must take Bronze Bites for at least 90 consecutive days. Our formula is designed to show measurable outcomes at 6–12 weeks; this ensures you’ve given it a fair chance.
Proof of Use (Mail Your Empties)
To process your refund, you must mail us the empty bottles from your last 3 months of use. After you submit your request, we’ll issue an RMA number and instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; if we provide a label, its cost is deducted from the refund.

Empties must be received within 14 days of RMA issuance.
Eligibility

Applies only to purchases made directly on the official Bronze Bites website (third-party marketplaces and resellers excluded).

Minimum of 3 bottles purchased (in one order or over consecutive months).

First-time customers only.

One refund per household.

Bulk orders (5+ bottles) and reseller/unauthorized vendor purchases are not eligible.

Promotional add-ons, free gifts, and shipping/handling are excluded from any refund amount.
Refund Details

Covers the purchase price of the last 3 bottles only.

Shipping, handling, and promotional add-ons are non-refundable.

A $5 processing fee applies to all refunds.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt/verification of empties.
Standard Returns (Unopened Only) — Optional
Unopened/unused bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA. Customer pays return shipping. Opened bottles are not eligible for standard returns (use the 365-Day Guarantee above).
Damages / Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund as appropriate (no fee).
Subscriptions (Customer-Managed)
Customers manage, pause, or cancel their own subscriptions in the customer portal. Bronze Bites does not adjust or cancel subscriptions on a customer’s behalf. Cancellations apply to future renewals only; charges already processed are not refundable.
Why we do this: Consistency matters for results. This policy encourages a fair trial window while protecting customers and our brand.

Reseller and Bulk Order Policy
To maintain product integrity and ensure fair usage of our return policy, the following rules apply:
- All resellers waive their right to request any refunds.
This policy applies exclusively to customers who purchase directly from Bronze Bites via our official stores. Any purchases made for the purpose of resale are considered final and non-refundable. - Any order of more than five bottles is a final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
This includes individual large orders or repeat purchases that by may indicate high-volume or reseller intent.
Bronze Bites actively monitors for bulk purchasing and resale activity. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or restrict future orders that violate this policy.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items or clearance products
- Orders placed by resellers or for resale purposes
- Orders exceeding five bottles in total quantity - subject to further assessment
