At Bronze Bites, we genuinely care about your experience with our products. We’re committed to making sure you feel confident with every purchase. Return Eligibility and Time Frame

We offer a 30-day return window per bottle, with a maximum of 90 days from the date your order was delivered. This flexible policy allows you time to experience our products and decide whether they’re right for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • Each bottle in your order must be returned within 30 days of being opened or used.
  • For multi-bottle orders, returns must be requested within 90 days from the original delivery date.

If you’ve ordered more than one bottle, we recommend testing the first bottle before opening the rest to ensure the product meets your expectations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition or as close to it as possible.
  • You must contact us at support@bronzebites.com before sending anything back. Returns that have not been pre-approved will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny returns that fall outside the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping Options

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You have two options:

  1. You may ship the item back yourself using a reliable and trackable shipping service of your choice.
  2. We can generate a return label for you, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund amount.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return. Bronze Bites is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within one to three business days. Most returns are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take between three to ten business days for the funds to appear in your account after we’ve processed the refund.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bronzebites.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

We will promptly review your case and arrange for a replacement, reshipment, or refund based on the circumstances.

Reseller and Bulk Order Policy

To maintain product integrity and ensure fair usage of our return policy, the following rules apply:

  • All resellers waive their right to request any refunds.
     This policy applies exclusively to customers who purchase directly from Bronze Bites via our official stores. Any purchases made for the purpose of resale are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Any order of more than five bottles is a final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
    This includes individual large orders or repeat purchases that by may indicate high-volume or reseller intent.

Bronze Bites actively monitors for bulk purchasing and resale activity. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or restrict future orders that violate this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or clearance products
  • Orders placed by resellers or for resale purposes
  • Orders exceeding five bottles in total quantity - subject to further assessment
